This journey has been quite long, as I started riding at 13, thanks to my grandfather who bought me my first Specialized BMX. The first bright memory is from my hometown. We had a small mountain with a flat top where we built some jumps. After a riding session, you could choose the easy way down or take on the steep hill. I chose the hill, forgetting that I had broken my back brake cable just minutes before. The hill was steep, crossing a road and leading straight into a small river. I ended up underwater, searching for my bike, and emerged with it like a trophy in my hand. But the smell of the water, oh boy. I want to thank all the BMX community around me, everyone who has been out riding me and taking Stoned Street to the next level. – Ragner Trepp
